Aprolis UK Limited in Hinckley is seeking an MHE instructor to deliver forklift driver training to internal and external candidates, in accordance with internal procedures and Health & Safety requirements. The role aims to maximise training opportunities, meet quality standards, and exceed customer expectations through on-site sessions at Hinckley or at customers' premises.
You will support colleagues and customers, maintain up-to-date instructor licences, and adapt hours to meet client needs

Aprolis UK are actively recruiting an MHE instructor to deliver MHE Driver training to both Internal and External candidates at a level which complies fully with internal procedures, known Health & Safety requirements, and to provide professional support to colleagues and customers. To maximise profit opportunities ensuring that all training delivered is supplied to agreed timescales, meets quality standards, and exceeds customer’s expectations
To ensure that the premises comply with appropriate Health & Safety legislation and Company policy and are well maintained and presentable.
By personal involvement, standard setting and monitoring, ensure that the highest practicable standards of housekeeping are established and maintained for all areas under your control.
In conjunction with Company Health & Safety Representative, and External Health & Safety Manager ensure Company and Legislative Health & Safety Conduct requirements are met and adhered to.
To establish and maintain adequate safety and security procedures to protect depot property, equipment and employees.
Ensure all company Health and Safety Policies are adhered to while working on customers sites.
To perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.
