Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London requires an experienced MEWP Operator to operate Mobile Elevating Work Platforms on a construction site in Ingatestone, Essex. You will perform daily checks, support site operations and ensure safe equipment operation in line with health and safety rules.

The role requires a CPCS card, a solid safety mindset, reliability and teamwork. PPE is provided or required as appropriate for site work.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MEWPs on construction sites.
• Valid CPCS card covering relevant MEWP equipment.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a site team.
• Full PPE and the ability to provide relevant qualifications on request.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily MEWP checks and inspections.
• Support site operations and coordinate with colleagues.
• Ensure lifting and access equipment is operated safely per site procedures.

The MEWP Operator role:

As the site MEWP Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) on a construction site in Ingatestone. Duties will include carrying out daily equipment checks, supporting site operations, and ensuring all lifting and access equipment is operated safely and in line with site health and safety procedures.

Requirements for the MEWP Operator:

• Previous experience in a MEWP Operator position

• Valid CPCS card covering the relevant MEWP equipment

• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a site team

• Full PPE and the ability to provide relevant qualifications on request
