Job summary

Axon Moore is recruiting a Data Administrator in Bury to join a busy metering team. You will manage meter data, investigate discrepancies and liaise with internal teams, suppliers and third parties to keep records accurate and up to date.

The role focuses on data accuracy, problem solving and timely processing of data flows, with an annual bonus and a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage meter and AMR installations, exchanges, removals and associated data flows.
• Ensure metering data is accurate and aligned across internal and industry systems.
• Source and manage Meter Asset Manager (MAM) appointments and updates.
• Investigate and resolve metering data discrepancies and issues.
• Manage meter reading rejections and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and third parties to resolve queries.
• Support AMR and smart meter rollout initiatives.
• Ensure meter readings are obtained and submitted within required timeframes.
• Process industry file flows to maintain accurate supply point data.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports.
• Identify potential improvements and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
