Axon Moore in Bury is recruiting a Metering Data Analyst to join a well-established energy supplier. The role focuses on accurate data management, discrepancy investigation and problem-solving within a supportive team.

It is an office-based, full-time position in Bury with a salary of £27,000 plus annual bonus. You will manage meter data, liaise with internal teams and third parties, and contribute to continued data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Proactive in identifying improvements and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage meter and AMR installations, exchanges, removals and data flows.
• Ensure metering data accuracy across systems.
• Source and manage MAM appointments and updates.
• Investigate and resolve metering data discrepancies.
• Handle meter reading rejections and timely resolution.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and third parties to resolve queries.
• Support AMR and smart meter rollout initiatives.
• Ensure readings are submitted within timeframes.
• Process industry file flows to maintain supply point data.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports.
• Identify potential improvements and maintain stakeholder relationships.
