Responsibilities

• Produce precision-cut metal components using manual and machine-assisted processes.
• Cut, shape, drill, and finish sheet materials to detailed specifications.
• Operate folding and forming equipment to create accurate bends and structural forms.
• Manufacture bespoke brackets, frames, letters, and other custom metal components.
• Assemble, polish, and prepare fabricated products to a high-quality finish.
• Safely operate workshop machinery including cutting tools, grinders, welders, and forming equipment.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure measurements, tolerances, and finishes meet requirements.
• Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to manufacture accurate products.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines and customer expectations.
