Job description

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team within a clean, organised, and fast-paced environment.

Location: Northampton

Shift: Various Shifts Available

Pay Rate: 12.75 an hour

Duties:

• Preparing and finishing metal components as part of the production process
• Using hand tools and equipment to clean, smooth, and inspect parts
• Working to production targets and quality standards
• Supporting general manufacturing tasks and team operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The ideal candidate must:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, metalwork, or production environment is essential
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with hand tools
• A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work well both independently and in a team
