Job description

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team within a clean, organised, and fast-paced environment.

Location: Northampton

Shift: Various Shifts Available

Pay Rate: £12.75 an hour

Duties:

* Preparing and finishing metal components as part of the production process

* Using hand tools and equipment to clean, smooth, and inspect parts

* Working to production targets and quality standards

* Supporting general manufacturing tasks and team operations

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The ideal candidate must:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing, metalwork, or production environment is essential
