Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking an Analytical Chemist for its Metabolomics Group in Product Safety. You will lead high-throughput LC-MS metabolomics data generation, coordinate sample pipelines, and support development of active ingredients.

The role offers collaboration across matrix teams and opportunities to shape experimental programs. The ideal candidate has LC-MS experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and excellent organizational skills to manage complex workflows with tight

Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry, Metabolomics, or related field with LC-MS experience.
Experience in managing large-scale sample sets with high precision.
Strong troubleshooting skills for analytical methods and instrumentation.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities to coordinate workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead high-throughput LC-MS metabolomics data generation and end-to-end workflow.
Coordinate sample pipelines, instrument scheduling, and data transfer activities.
Provide analytical expertise and troubleshoot methodological issues.
Ensure data quality with QA/QC procedures and metadata documentation.
Mentor colleagues and share expertise across matrix teams.
