Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a skilled MET Technician for a full-time, permanent position in a well-established crash repair workshop in Epsom, Surrey.

You will earn £50,000–£55,000 per year with a generous bonus, no weekend shifts, and ongoing professional development within a supportive family-run bodyshop. This role values quality workmanship, teamwork, and adherence to manufacturer specifications; ATA accreditation is advantageous, but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Recognised MET apprenticeship preferred.
• Experienced workers without formal qualifications considered.
• ATA accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle and refit mechanical and electrical components on accident-damaged vehicles per manufacturer specs.
• Perform fault-finding and diagnostic checks when required.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently to high standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain high-quality repairs to uphold the company reputation.
