You'll work in a multi‑manufacturer approved environment on varied repairs and diagnostics, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Salary is £38,000 with potential OTE up to £42,000 through overtime and bonuses; training and career development are funded.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MET Technician or Bodyshop Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics and mechanical systems.
• Experience diagnosing faults with modern diagnostic tools.
• Motor trade experience in vehicle repairs and diagnostics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and bodywork repairs on designated vehicles.
• Fit and strip mechanical and body parts such as panels, interiors, engines.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment for fault finding.
• Reassemble vehicles with repaired parts to high quality standards.
• Inspect and test repairs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Identify additional faults and advise on necessary repairs to maintain safety.
• Perform safe and legal road tests to verify repairs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repair progress and issues.
• Adhere to health and safety policies in the workshop environment.
