Job summary
Motability Operations are recruiting an experienced MET Technician to join our busy refurbishment centre in Coalville. In this permanent role, you will have a strong workload, a modern workshop with up-to-date equipment and exposure to EV and ADAS technology (training available).
This is a high-volume site with consistent work, where you'll be on-site five days per week, using the latest tools and digital job systems.
Qualifications
- Strong MET / strip & fit experience.
- Diagnostic capability.
- Full UK driving licence (manual).
- Experience with ADAS or EVs is a bonus - not essential.
Responsibilities
- Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.
- Carry out strip and fit work for cosmetic repair.
- Use digital job cards to manage work and order parts.
- Support fault finding, diagnostics and ADAS calibration.
- Work to high-quality reconditioning standards across a modern vehicle fleet.
