Job summary

Direct Line Group is seeking a MET Technician to join our Auto Services team. You will strip, refurbish and fit vehicles, working in a team of MET fitters to deliver high-quality repairs. This is a permanent onsite role with 40 or 45 hour contracts available.

The ideal candidate will have MET accreditation (EV, Glass, ADAS) and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MET Technician with experience in stripping, refurbishing and fitting a wide range of vehicles.
• EV/ADAS accreditation preferred.
• Committed to health and safety and meeting industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Strip, refurbish and fit vehicle components in a busy workshop.
• Collaborate with painters, panel beaters and other MET fitters to meet customer needs.
• Work onsite on a 40 or 45 hour week contract and support workshop controller.
