Job summary

North Finchley, United Kingdom – Pybus Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced MET to handle mechanical and body work on allocated jobs at an independent site. You’ll dismantle vehicles for the panel shop, perform inspections and diagnostics, and re-assemble to pre-accident condition.

The role is full-time and on-site, with a competitive salary and benefits. The ideal candidate will plan workloads to meet timescales, work safely under pressure, and follow manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan workload to meet timescales.
• Carry out mechanical and body work safely and to spec.
• Inspect, fault-find and diagnose vehicle issues.
• Re-assemble vehicles with correct parts to pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all necessary mechanical and body work on allocated jobs.
• Dismantling vehicles ready for the panel shop.
• Carrying out inspections, fault-finding and diagnostic work.
• Re-assembling the vehicle with new parts as required to pre-accident condition.
