AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced MET Technician in Dorking. You will handle mechanical, electrical and trim work in a professional accident repair environment, ensuring repairs meet quality standards.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position, with a Monday-to-Friday 8:00am–5:30pm shift and a competitive salary (£50,000–£60,000+ with an OTE around £65,000+). Previous MET experience and a Level 3 qualification are required.

Qualificações

• Experience as MET Technician in accident repair or bodyshop.
• Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Mechanical, Electrical & Trim.
• Ability to remove and refit mechanical/electrical/trim components.
• Commitment to safe working practices and high workmanship standards.

Responsabilidades

• Remove and refit mechanical/electrical/trim components during vehicle repairs.
• Strip vehicles to access body repair and paintwork.
• Refit components accurately after repairs.
• Identify damaged or faulty components and report additional work.
• Work with bodyshop colleagues to maintain efficient repair process.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, accuracy and attention to detail.
