AutoSkills UK is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join a professional accident repair centre. You will perform mechanical, electrical and trim repairs on accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring components are removed, refitted and tested to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

With a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule and potential to earn up to £50,000 OTE depending on experience, this role includes bonus schemes, ongoing training and clear career progression within a busy,

Responsabilidades

• Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components on accident-damaged vehicles.
• Strip and rebuild vehicles to facilitate panel repairs, structural work and refinishing.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults identified during the repair process.
• Carry out component repairs and replacements involving suspension, steering, braking and other vehicle systems when required.
• Identify additional damage and communicate findings to the VDA or Workshop Controller.
• Work closely with Panel Technicians, Paint Sprayers and the wider workshop team to maintain an efficient repair process.
• Complete post-repair checks to ensure components and vehicle systems function correctly and safely.
• Follow manufacturer repair methods, quality standards and Health & Safety procedures.
