Perfect Placement is recruiting on behalf of a client for a MET Technician to join a reputable, family-run bodyshop in Crawley. This is a long-term role within a well-established team known for quality and customer satisfaction.

The MET Technician will maintain high workshop standards in vehicle repair and maintenance while working a 45-hour week with early finish on Fridays and opportunities to expand skills with ADAS calibration training.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a MET Technician, ideally with auto electrical expertise.
• NVQ or equivalent in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Experience with ADAS systems is highly desirable; training can be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Performing repairs and routine maintenance to a high standard on a variety of vehicles
• Working efficiently within a busy workshop environment to meet productivity targets
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Supporting the team with vehicle diagnostics and electrical repairs as needed
