Job summary

MET TECHNICIAN / STRIP FITTER

MET Technician / Strip Fitter details:

• Salary: £34,000 - £40,000
• Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
• Location: Stoke on Trent

Talented and efficient MET Technician / Strip Fitter needed to join this leading team.

As a MET Technician / Strip Fitter, you will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilising modern equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities of an MET Technician / Strip Fitter

1. Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
2. Follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications of an MET Technician / Strip Fitter

1. Recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and a technical qualification (NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
2. Previous experience in a busy body shop, strong team player, self-motivated to earn bonus hours.
3. Work to the highest standard with up-to-date vehicle repair knowledge.
