Qualifications

• Experience as an MET Technician or similar role.
• Experience in a main dealership or accident repair centre, ideally with premium brands.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and trim knowledge.
• ATA qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles to a high standard, ensuring quality of work.
• Complete mechanical, electrical, and trim strip and refit work.
• Diagnose vehicle issues accurately and communicate findings.
• Conduct vehicle strip and refit work with precision.
• Assist in developing EV knowledge and maintain compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues on larger repairs to meet deadlines.
• Report additional work requirements to the Bodyshop Advisor.
• Maintain accurate work documentation and good housekeeping practices.

• Assist in developing EV knowledge and maintain compliance with relevant standards

• Uphold high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience as an MET Technician or in a similar role
• Experience within a main dealership or accident repair centre, ideally with premium vehicle brands
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and trim knowledge
• Proven ability to strip and refit vehicles to a high standard
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication skills and technical literacy
• Confidence in using computer platforms and systems
• Accident repair and/or ATA qualification is desirable
• Enthusiasm to enhance technical knowledge and skills
