About the Role: As an MET Technician, you’ll be essential in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Working on a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical & Electrical Repairs: Perform repairs and replacements, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment.
• Vehicle Dismantling: Safely and efficiently dismantle vehicles for panel repairs.
• Diagnostics & Inspections: Identify and diagnose faults to determine the required repairs.
• Parts Management: Order and manage replacement parts effectively.
• Reassembly & Quality Control: Ensure vehicles are reassembled to meet manufacturer standards and safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure repair progress is communicated clearly.
