Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality or mess preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Keep dining areas, associated spaces and delivery vehicles clean and welcoming by completing all scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Support refreshment services, functions and function preparation across other areas when required.
• Use and store cleaning equipment, machinery, materials and chemicals safely, following procedures and safe systems of work.
• Maintain excellent standards of service and communication, building positive relationships with colleagues, customers and clients.
• Report accidents, near misses, faulty equipment or delivery issues promptly to your Line Manager, while helping monitor stock and supplies.
