MERKUR Slots in Kings Lynn is looking for a friendly Team Member to join our Part Time shift. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, deliver great service and support customers across gaming and retail areas. Hours are 25 per week with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour, including a higher night rate between 23:00 and 06:00.

Training, career progression and benefits are available. Applicants should be flexible for weekends/bank holidays, work well in a team, and stay autonomous while

Qualifications

• We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first-class service.
• Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces to keep the venue at a high standard.
• Provide rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and report any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to maintain accuracy and support promotions to run smoothly.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and aims for high customer satisfaction.
• Log interactions with customers and escalate as needed according to the policy.
• Maintain a professional appearance per brand dress code during shifts.
• Develop product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
• Understand safeguarding policies and apply them as required.
