Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK Ltd in Tooting is seeking a Team Member – 30 hours per week, part time, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.25–£14.75 (night rate £14.75 from 23:00–06:00). You will help deliver a great gaming experience, assist with housekeeping, and provide first-class customer service.

You need retail/hospitality or gambling exposure, be flexible to weekend shifts and Bank Holidays, work on a rota, and participate in training to develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of venue housekeeping and clean gaming equipment and surfaces
• Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor customer behaviour and report suspicious or disruptive activity
• Assist with administration and help promotions run smoothly
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and achieves customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy
• Uphold brand dress code and professional presentation
