MERKUR Slots in Sydenham is hiring a Team Member on a part-time basis. The role involves welcoming guests, delivering friendly service, and keeping the venue clean and well-presented. Hours per week are 20, with pay between £13.25 and £14.75 per hour, plus a higher night rate from 23:00 to 06:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high venue housekeeping standards and clean gaming equipment and facilities.
• Conduct service rounds and provide refreshments as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and intervene when necessary.
• Assist with administration and ensure 100% accuracy of tasks.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues following the complaints policy.
• Engage with customers during shifts and log interactions per policies.
• Maintain personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
