Job summary

MERKUR Slots is seeking a Team Member Nights in Glasgow Trongate for a part-time role, 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour and a night rate of £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00.

You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain venue cleanliness, assist with promotions, deliver first-class customer service, and follow brand guidelines and safeguarding policies. The role requires flexibility, weekend and bank holiday availability, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that venue housekeeping is of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment and surfaces.
• To ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
• To monitor customer behaviour and note any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• To assist with any administration as required to 100% accuracy.
• To help ensure promotions run smoothly and are a success.
• To maintain high standard of personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
