Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and originate acquisition targets aligned to strategic criteria
• Lead end-to-end deal execution, including valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
• Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and advisers
• Support integration planning in collaboration with the wider team

Requirements:
