Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or office administration role.

Responsibilities

• Product & Data Administration: accurately set up and maintain product information across internal systems.
• Reporting & Analysis: assist with weekly and ad hoc sales and stock reporting.
• Stock Management: monitor stock levels and flag availability issues.
• Team Support & Communication: provide administrative support to merchandising teams.
• Process Improvement: suggest and implement ways to improve administrative processes.
