Job summary

SEVENSTORE is hiring a Merchandising Admin Assistant to support the Merchandising team with admin, stock and delivery scheduling. You will help maximise commercial opportunities across locations and channels, building core skills in analysis and trading while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

You will manage order books, monitor replenishment, and contribute to weekly and quarterly trade meetings.

Qualifications

Planning, analytical and IT skills with proficiency in Excel.
Self-motivated, proactive mindset and good judgement.
Passionate about product with strong market and brand awareness.
Discreet, professional with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Orderbook management and updating delivery schedules.
Collate, check and upload price amendments.
Reconcile supplier orderbooks and rectify anomalies promptly.
Allocate stock to stores to support sales potential and performance.
Monitor store stock levels and adjust replenishment to current sales trends.
Produce and distribute weekly reports for merchandising and trading teams.
Ensure product is accurately listed on online channels.
Share insights and actions in weekly/quarterly trade meetings.
Process weekly stock transfers with Assistant Merch to maintain stock flow.
File maintenance and general housekeeping.
Develop understanding of product and strategy through store visits and share reports.
