Job summary

Debenhams Group is looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant in Manchester to join our Young Fashion division. You will analyse sales performance, prepare admin reports, and communicate insights to support strategic decisions across the brand portfolio.

You will work closely with the merchandising and supply teams, keeping trackers up to date and ensuring timely collaboration with suppliers and warehouses.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator across the business and with suppliers.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own all admin reporting for sales performance within the department.
• Report sales analysis to Senior Merchandiser to inform actions.
• Flag potential issues with orders and propose solutions.
• Communicate with suppliers and warehouse to ensure on-time orders.
• Maintain daily Merchandising Admin Tracker spreadsheets in Excel.
