Debenhams Group, home to PrettyLittleThing, is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to support stock allocation, forecasting and category performance in a fast-paced e-commerce environment at Manchester office. You will work with Merchandiser and Buying to maximise profitability and stock health, while mentoring junior team members; a degree in Merchandising and strong Excel skills are essential.

This role provides exposure to weekly trading reviews and cross-functional collaboration across supply

Qualifications

• Degree in Merchandising, Business Analytics, Fashion Management, or related quantitative field preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse weekly trading performance to optimise sales, stock cover and margin.
• Manage the WSSI forecasts and intake plans under the Merchandiser guidance.
• Collaborate with Buying on range building, option planning and pricing strategy.
• Oversee intake flow and stock availability to ensure on-time delivery for promotions and key launches.
• Mentor Assistant Merchandisers and Merchandising Admin Assistants to support team development.
