Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Merchandiser Allocation Analyst to join our planning team. You will allocate styles and replenishment to our global websites and stores, review quantities by performance, and ensure new stores receive optimum ranges.

You’ll coordinate inbound stock into the DC and liaise with suppliers to keep deliveries on time. As you progress, you’ll expand analysis to geographical performance, website trials, and size trends, while supporting the Merchandiser and Assistant

• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Comfort with numbers and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Accurately allocate new styles and replenishment to global websites and retail stores.
• Review and update allocation quantities based on performance and market profile.
• Ensure new stores receive an optimum range.
• Manage in-bound stock into the DC, coordinating deliveries with suppliers.
• Work with the BAA to schedule delivery meetings and keep everything on track.
• Provide reporting on store, style and territory performance daily and weekly.
• Support Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser with ad-hoc admin.
