Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support Merchandiser with Seasonal Plans and re-forecasts for all categories from sales history and Brand Strategy.
• Assist in managing OTB and identify risks/opportunities to maintain flexibility.
• Oversee intake margins with Buying counterparts and align targets with Senior Planner.
• Maintain weekly line-card updates; propose rebuy dates and volumes.
• Develop partnerships with buyers to understand vision and trends.
• Take accountability for in-season trading and optimize speed to market.
• Monitor weekly intake targets and flag risks to Senior Management.
• Support MD and Promotional planning to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
• Follow product lead-times with a clear sign-off process.
• Distribute stock effectively to optimize store and product performance.
• Display customer-focused market knowledge and store performance insight.
• Ensure appropriate newness and correct mix of end use over time.
• Collate seasonal price analysis and support regional pricing architecture.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, shipping costs, and communication.
• Oversee allocations and train MAA teams on allocation tools.
• Guide IAQ levels and monitor store tiers per option frameworks.
• Review web inventory with Web team for optimal DC stocks.
• Lead and develop a team of MAA’s with timely intake and allocation.
