Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in Slough is hiring a Merchandiser to maintain stock availability and high-quality shop-floor presentation across leading UK grocery retailers. You will move pallets, set up displays, organise stock and ensure products are visible and correctly merchandised every day.

This hands-on role requires a valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between stores. The contract is permanent, with a Tuesday–Saturday pattern and a salary of £27,492 plus

• Work across leading UK grocery retailers to ensure full product range is consistently available in store
• Focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor
• Move pallets using pump trucks and set up impactful displays
• Organise stock and ensure products are visible and well presented
• Receive full training and use provided equipment to perform tasks safely
• Build positive relationships with store teams and collaborate with Account Executives and store contacts

Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

Please note: You will need a valid UK driving license, own fully insured vehicle, and the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch-ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
