Fella & Jones are partnered with a global luxury fashion brand in search of a Collection Merchandiser / Senior Collection Merchandiser for their growing Shoes division.

Responsibilities include:

1. Planning and implementing successful product assortments to meet sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
2. Providing range plans across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring appropriate pricing, trends, and market analysis to maximize margins.
3. Preparing design briefs for seasonal ranges and product needs.
4. Analyzing market opportunities and growth potential.
5. Monitoring sales feedback across channels and taking corrective actions to improve performance.
