Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in the search for a Collection Merchandiser/Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and implementation of a successful product assortment that delivers on sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
• Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring the right touchpoints in terms of pricing architecture, trends, and market analysis to influence key decisions while maximizing margins.
• Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for the design and product teams.
• Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and possibilities for growth.
• Monitoring sales feedback through all sales channels, ensuring corrective actions are taken based on past season’s insights to drive the category.
