Job summary

DUSK is a fast-growing, home and lifestyle brand with a Leeds HQ and a strong online presence. We are seeking a merchandising professional to lead stock and range planning, drive sales, and manage margins across in-season activity.

You will collaborate with buying, planning and logistics to optimise stock, promotions and assortment. You will oversee OTB processes, performance analysis and budget alignment, while supporting junior team members and contributing to strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of WSSI
• Analytical data interpretation and insight extraction

• Good commercial knowledge of marketplace dynamics

Responsibilities

• OTB management and stock control
• Forecasting and weekly inventory meetings
• Prepare and deliver management information
• Manage sales, stock and clearance in season
• Monitor margins and profitability
• Analyse sales performance and adjust plans
• Recommend promotions and rebuys as needed
• Support planning of budgets and range plan with buyer
• Liaise cross-functionally to deliver department plans
• Mentor junior team members and drive development
