Job summary

Zachary Daniels is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join a leading retail brand in Bristol on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in the office). The role offers ownership of a division, driving sales, stock and profit through strong commercial analysis.

You will collaborate with Buying on seasonal strategy, launches and OTB, and you will lead a team of Assistant Merchandisers and Merchandising Assistants. DOE salary up to £52k, with uncapped potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Solid retail merchandising experience, ideally in a multi-brand environment.
• Strong commercial analysis skills with focus on stock and intake.
• Experience with forecasting, WSSI and OTB processes.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong product and market awareness.

We're working with a leading name in retail, and they're looking for an experinced Merchandiser to join their growing team in Bristol.

• Has solid retail merchandising experience, ideally within a multi-brand environment
• Is commercially sharp and confident working with WSSI, forecasting, intake, stock and OTB
• Loves getting into the numbers but can also see the bigger commercial picture
• Is confident making decisions and taking calculated risks
• Has strong product and market awareness
• Enjoys working collaboratively with Buying and wider commercial teams
• Is naturally organised, proactive and able to keep things moving when priorities change
• Has experience managing or developing a team
