Are you a commercially driven Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? This is a hands‑on role in a business that's scaling quickly. There are solid systems and processes already in place, but it's not all set in stone – so we're looking for someone who's eager to help shape best practice, implement improvements and make a real impact. If you're someone who's happy to get stuck in and doesn't carry the ego to think any task is beneath you, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

Managing the end-to-end merchandising process across key product categories.
Analysing data and trading performance to optimise stock levels and drive sales.
Working closely with Buying, eCommerce and Marketing to deliver strong, customer-focused ranges.
Supporting range planning, forecasting, pricing and promotional strategy.
Identifying process improvements and helping to embed best practice across the function.
Producing insightful reporting to support quick, informed decision-making.

About you

Proven experience as a Merchandiser (or a strong Assistant Merchandiser OR Junior Merchandiser ready for that next step) within retail or eCommerce.
Highly analytical, commercially astute and comfortable working with data.
Hands‑on, practical, and solutions-focused – you make things happen.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Low ego, high energy – you're just as happy diving into the detail as you are stepping back to see the bigger picture.
