Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading retailer in Bristol to recruit a Senior Merchandiser. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) and a unique opportunity to own a division's performance in a dynamic international retail environment.

You will drive sales, stock and profit through rigorous commercial analysis, collaborate with Buying on seasonal strategy, launches and OTB, and lead a team of Merchandisers, shaping product and market decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid retail merchandising experience, ideally within a multi-brand environment.
• Confident with WSSI, forecasting, intake, stock and OTB.
• Strong numerical skills with commercial outlook.
• Experience leading or developing a team.
• Commercial mindset with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the merchandising strategy for your division.
• Drive sales, stock and profit through commercial analysis.
• Partner with Buying on seasonal strategy, new launches and OTB.
• Lead and develop a team of Assistant Merchandisers and Merchandising Assistants.
• Influence and bring new ideas to the table.
