We're working exclusively with one of the UK's most impressive retail success stories. Past £100 million turnover, highly profitable, and still growing - online, across a growing store estate, through partnerships, and with international expansion on the horizon. Their recently built head office matches the ambition.

And they're looking for a Merchandiser to help take them further.

The Role:

• You'll report to the Head of Merchandising and lead from the front - running the trading rhythm while building proper planning underneath it. This is very much a traditional merchandiser's role with real breadth: WSSI, OTB, forecasting, markdown, stock management, and team leadership.

What You'll Own:

• Lead and develop a team - setting the standard for how merchandising operates
• Own the trading calendar: weekly trade reviews, reforecasting, responding to pace
• Manage stock and intake with precision, balancing availability with cash flow
• Build robust planning foundations that match the speed of the business
• Partner with Buying, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep everything aligned
• Feed insight upwards - you\'ll have visibility with senior leadership and a voice that counts
