Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Merchandiser for a high-growth UK retailer. You will report to the Head of Merchandising and lead the trading rhythm, while building planning underneath it to drive commercial performance.

This role covers WSSI, OTB, forecasting, markdown, stock management, and team leadership, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. The position is based at the head office in the UK.

Past £100 million turnover, highly profitable, and still growing - online, across a growing store estate, through partnerships, and with international expansion on the horizon. And they're looking for a Merchandiser to help take them further.

The Role:

You'll report to the Head of Merchandising and lead from the front - running the trading rhythm while building proper planning underneath it. This is very much a traditional merchandiser's role with real breadth: WSSI, OTB, forecasting, markdown, stock management, and team leadership.

What You'll Own:

• Lead and develop a team - setting the standard for how merchandising operates
• Own the trading calendar: weekly trade reviews, reforecasting, responding to pace
• Manage stock and intake with precision, balancing availability with cash flow
• Build robust planning foundations that match the speed of the business
• Partner with Buying, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep everything aligned
• Feed insight upwards - you'll have visibility with senior leadership and a voice that counts
