The Role

We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. This part-time role is for 8 months, working 20 hours weekly.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of stock purchasing and sales modules, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Power BI
• Proven record of achieving merchandising KPIs and targets
• Strong communication skills and collaborative work style

Responsibilities

Improve inventory management, reduce stock levels, and ensure optimal stock distribution to meet sales targets. Set up sales performance reports and inform retail teams for timely decisions. Manage communication with warehouses and streamline stock movements from suppliers to sites.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site retail merchandising, managing high SKU counts and complex product ranges
• Experience in stock level optimization and inventory management
• Skills in data analysis, forecasting, and planning for business efficiency and sales
• Ability to work remotely with internal and external stakeholders
