This position is based at our Head Office. You must live within a reasonable distance to the office or be willing to relocate by the role commencement date.

This is a Maternity cover role.

Job Purpose

As one of our Merchandisers, you will be a key player in our growing Trading team based at our Head Office in Amersham. Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, you will lead one of our toy category Merchandising teams. Your focus will be to plan and trade, ensuring your team delivers a profitable product range that meets budget and key business KPIs across all channels, including UK stores, Direct, and Partnerships with major High Street players. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, especially the buying team, to ensure seamless product delivery across channels.

You should be an experienced Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser with supervisory and demand planning experience capable of managing a small team. A team player who leads from the front, bringing innovative ideas, energy, and enthusiasm. You should think strategically, backed by data and analysis, with attention to detail. Be an ambassador and role model for the brand.

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years experience as a Merchandiser, Junior Merchandiser, or demand planning professional seeking the next step.
• Experience in a retail environment is essential.
• Good understanding of commercial budgets and margins.
• Excellent people skills with supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
