About the role

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Retail Merchandising team. This full-time, field-based role involves working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role covers the South East, including Surrey, Hampshire, and Buckinghamshire, with potential travel to other regions to support the wider team. A car allowance of £5K - £8K and a fuel card may be provided, depending on mileage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Development teams to ensure stores are merchandised according to planograms and are ready for opening.
• Create and place orders to ensure stock availability during merchandising programs.
• Install store imagery and POS in line with current promotions.
• Work with retailers and store teams to implement merchandising best practices.
• Maintain policies, processes, and procedures to ensure HSL compliance.
• Contribute to regional category initiatives.
• Manage additional resources, such as agency support, when required.

Requirements

• This role requires regular travel; please inform us of any support needed. A car allowance will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a similar merchandising role is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Epos, Green Tickets, Buying, and Delivery Schedules is advantageous.
• Experience in Project Management is highly desirable.
