This position is based at our Head Office. You must live within a reasonable distance to the office or be willing to relocate by the role commencement date.

This is a Maternity cover role.

Job Purpose

As one of our Merchandisers, you will be a key player in our growing Trading team based at our Head Office in Amersham. Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, you will lead one of our toy category Merchandising teams. Your focus will be on planning and trading to ensure your team delivers a profitable commercial product range that meets budget and key business KPIs across all channels, including our UK store portfolio, Direct, and Partnerships with major High Street retailers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, especially with the buying team, to ensure seamless product delivery into each channel.

Candidate Profile

You will be an experienced Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser with supervisory and demand planning experience capable of managing a small team. A great team player, you will lead from the front, bring innovative ideas, and infuse energy and enthusiasm. You should think strategically backed by data and analysis, with a keen eye for detail. As a brand ambassador, you will serve as a role model for the company.

Skills & Experience

1. At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, Junior Merchandiser, or demand planning background seeking your next career step.
2. Experience working in a retail environment.
3. Understanding of commercial budgets and margins.
4. Excellent people skills with supervisory experience.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
