We are currently looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team!

About The Role

To assist the Merchandiser in effectively planning and trading the relevant Division(s). To analyze brand, category, or attribute trading patterns and propose actions to improve sales, margin, or stock-turn results. Support the planning process through assortment/range plans and liaise with buying colleagues. Deputize for the Merchandiser in their absence.

Depending on your role, you may work fully on-site or have a hybrid schedule, combining on-site and home working. Our hybrid policy allows colleagues to work from home part of the week, with at least three days on-site, depending on business needs. About You

You will support the Merchandiser in delivering accurate planning, forecasting, and trading decisions that drive commercial success. Collaborate closely with Buying and stakeholders to manage stock, maximize sales, and mitigate risks across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with in-season reviews and understanding sales, margin, and OTB plans.
• Supporting range planning by analyzing historical sales and space allocation.
• Producing and maintaining weekly trade reports.
• Monitoring OTB spend, stock turn, receipts, and aged stock.
• Contributing to clearance strategies and markdown risk identification.
• Attending trade and forecast meetings, proposing performance improvements.
