Elite Associates is seeking an experienced Merchandiser for a fast-paced, multi-channel retail business. The role targets candidates from high-street or volume fashion retail with a commercial, analytical mindset.

The ideal candidate will manage merchandising across channels, drive sales and stock availability, and build accurate WSSI forecasts. You will collaborate with Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing and Supply Chain to optimise performance.

Competenze

• Experience as a Merchandiser in high-street, volume or multi-channel retailer.
• Fashion experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, OTB and stock management.
• Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness.
• Confident across multiple sales channels including ecommerce.
• Fast-paced, trading-focused environment.

We are partnering with a renowned premium high-street brand, looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join a fast-paced, multi-channel retail business.

The ideal candidate will come from a high-street or volume retail environment, ideally within fashion, and will be commercially focused, analytical and confident managing a multi-channel product range.

The Role

• Own and manage the merchandising strategy across multiple channels
• Drive sales, margin, stock and availability to maximise commercial performance
• Build and manage WSSI, sales and stock forecasts
• Analyse weekly trading performance and identify opportunities and risks
• Manage intake, OTB and stock flow in line with the trading strategy
• Work closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations around markdowns, replenishment and stock management
• Present regular trading updates and provide clear commercial insight to the wider business

About You

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser within a high-street, volume or multi-channel retailer
• Fashion experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of WSSI, forecasting, OTB and stock management
• Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness
• Confident working across multiple sales channels, including ecommerce
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, trading-focused environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel skills and a data-driven approach
