Job summary

CPM Limited is seeking Merchandisers in the Fleet area. This role offers approximately 8–10 hours per week, with potential to increase during busy periods. Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay and starts within two weeks after onboarding and training for long-term, ongoing work.

Flexible across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Ideal experience in retail or merchandising; health & beauty experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday).
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building in-store relationships.
• Own car required for carrying materials and displays.
• Use of a phone/tablet to report via app with photos.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products so they’re eye-catching and easy to find.
• Negotiate additional display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Fleet area. Approx 8 - 10 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial - supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity. Use of a car is essential.

Ideal location: Fleet , United Kingdom, GU51

Territory covering: Fleet (you will be required to cover stores within 10-15 miles of here) and surrounding

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app — this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
