Job summary

CPM is seeking Merchandisers in the Liphook area for approx 8–10 hours per week, with potential to increase during busy periods. Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term ongoing work.

Flexible across Monday to Sunday with fixed days Tue, Thu and Sat. Car required for transporting materials and reporting via our app. Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, with preference for health & beauty familiarity.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
• Own car required for carrying promotional materials and samples.
• Use a phone or tablet to report via our app with clear photos.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up POS materials.
• Confidently navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays and shelving.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays for easy finding.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales where possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Liphook area. Approx 8 - 10 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial - supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity. Use of a car is essential.

Territory covering: Liphook(you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app — this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
