Job summary

Bravissimo Limited, based in Warwick, is seeking a Merchandiser to influence product ranges through detailed analysis, ensuring optimal stock and a broad choice for customers across all shopping channels. You will forecast and trade your category and manage the WSSI in line with KPIs, while collaborating with other departments.

You will build relationships across the business, driving insights from sales performance and customer data, and may coach junior team members.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification in a mathematical, scientific or analytical subject.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within Merchandising in a retail head office environment.
• Outstanding level of numeracy and speed of understanding.
• Experience using merchandising systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in managing junior team members.
• Experience of working in a retail or multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Influence the planning of product ranges using analysis to optimise stock and choice across channels.
• Forecasting and trading your own category; manage the WSSI in line with stock and spend KPIs.
• Build strong relationships across departments and understand sales performance and customers.
