Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced MEPH Design Manager for a major infrastructure programme in London. You will lead Stage 5 MEPH design packages and coordinate across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and public health disciplines to ensure buildable, compliant designs ready for construction.

This hybrid role requires hands-on delivery, strong coordination with contractors and stakeholders, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues to keep the project on programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MEPH or MEP Design Management on major projects.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP building services.
• Experience leading design packages through RIBA Stage 4/5 and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Stage 5 MEPH design packages across assets, coordinating interfaces.
• Coordinate MEP design activities across MEP disciplines and ensure buildability.
• Manage design subcontractors and ensure timely, compliant deliverables.
